**Job Title **Commercial Assistant

**THE ROLE**

You will provide administrative support to the estimating, buying and commercial departments to ensure the smooth running of the departments and to support our estimators, buyers and Quantity
Surveyors in their roles and workload. There is a lot of moving parts so great communication, multi
- tasking and initiative will all be essential.

**YOUR MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES**
- Commercial Administration
- Following MSF’s approved procedures of work
- Management of current drawings and works planners including updating files with any changes
- Liaising with the internal and external clients, suppliers and subcontractors ensuring information is accurately communicated.
- Assisting with preparation of documents, maintaining and updating databases.
- Assisting with the preparation of documentation for team meetings, recording accurate minutes and actions.
- Working with excel and collating data on spreadsheets
- Assisting commercial team members with running of the works
- Drafting orders for suppliers and subcontractors
- Any other duties required to support day to day commercial activities

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- A strong communicator - both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptionally organised
- Confident multitasking and prioritising workload
- Known for your attention to detail
- Confident phone skills
- Have a methodical way of thinking
- Able to deal with multiple responsibilities and deadlines

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
