**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

This is a busy OM/EA role with lots of variety. You will provide c-suite level support to the CEO, alongside providing administrative support to the small team.

Day to day:

- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Drafting letters, typing reports, copywriting, editing documents
- Minute-taking at meetings
- Travel co-ordination
- Invoicing and tracking of all reimbursements
- Reviewing of legal documents
- Build strong external relationships
- Manage projects including, marketing campaigns, social media, communication planning
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

**WHO YOU ARE**

To be successful, you will have four years experience in a similar EA role, extremely capable of working on an individual basis and high attention to detail.

Essential requirements:

- 4+ years’ experience as an EA/OM
- Experience in finance, legal or Investment
- Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal
- Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently
- Can work under pressure in a face-paced environment
- Full use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Can-do attitude
