Our talent agents are scouting for a Studio Supervisor to manage this phenomenal department at Madame Tussauds Blackpool.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in some of the following areas: theming, moulding, sculpting, art finishing, hairdressing, Hair styling; modern to period experience, make-up, wardrobe, and overall figure presentation
- Some experience with paints, oils & acrylics, with ability to read, adhere and able to practically interpret exactly to a brand approved brief
- Sculpting / Moulding: Fibreglass / Laminating / Ability to work on both figure detail and theming alike (desirable but training can be provided)
- Experience of managing teams or a keen interest and willingness to develop
- Pro-active approach to figure maintenance and up-dating records
- Attention to detail that strives for perfection and the ability to multi-task and dynamically manage workflow

In this unique role you’ll be involved in delivering in-house projects to brief, and from time to time supporting exciting Marketing and PR activity. Delivering figures, if required, for external PR events and functions on time, completed and maintained to a high standard. Figures can weigh up to 30kg, so you'll assist in helping to move these. The Studio is a vibrant, friendly, and welcoming space where you’ll feel like a superstar.

No two days are the same here, working with the Head of Operations and Regional Studio Manager, you’ll maintain and deliver a comprehensive wax figure and theming maintenance schedule and people rota. You’ll also ensure the attraction is world class ready for operation daily and your team fully briefed on their responsibilities. As many of our practical techniques are unique to the Madame Tussauds brand, in-house training and development will be given.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 5 days out of 7. Our attractions are open daily, therefore full availability is needed, including weekend, bank holidays and peak periods.
