IT Technician

**IT or EPOS Field Service Engineer**

Looking for a confident computer hardware repair person, with a full driving licence, to be trained to support mostly the IT and EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale / Tills systems) in a variety of retails client's stores.

This role is to cover around mainly the Nottingham / Derby, East Midlands area.

The role will involve travelling to customer sites in the company vehicle and mostly replacing faulty hardware in the stores.

The role requires you to cover the clients shop opening hours, they do this on a 2 shift system:
Days 0800 - 1700
Lates 1100 - 2000

Days are 5 out of 7: Week 1 Mon - Fri, then Week 2 Saturday plus 4 other days.

On Call rotation is 1 week in 4.

Package on offer will exceed **£25000+ Car** per annum, including the On Call and Productivity Pay + any overtime:
£22056 _(after pay rise £23200)_ made up of a Basic Salary of £20556 _(pay rise Pending to £21700 April '23)_ + £1500 in On Call and a Productivity Bonus scheme paid on every service call you complete that should add over £3000+ per annum.
For any addition hours over the 40 hour per week rotation overtime is also paid.

Fully expensed company vehicle provided with personal use (car / van).

Applicants for this role must hold a full drivers licence, have no issues passing a DBS check and have previous experience in a Technical IT Support type role involving hardware.
(Training on the EPOS equipment will be provided).
