Property Assistant

We are seeking a property assistant to work in and around Thamesmead to view properties and meet landlords/tenants and buyers. You are paid £20 per session.

We are an online business and we employ staff to work remotely.
- To meet landlords and sellers to be able to discuss their property
- To take down particulars such as room descriptions, photos, description
- To show prospective tenants and buyers around
- To help make a judgement in choosing prospective tenants
- To carry out inspections
- To make checks on maintenance and risks
- To complete reports as necessary
- To have the confidence to be independent and work alone
- To have your own car
- To handle keys and documents
- You must have a smart and professional appearance
- You must have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.
