Maintenance Worker

Keane Premier Healthcare have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Worker in our care homes based located in South Lanarkshire.

The **main requirements** for the role are as follows:

- Be knowledgeable and confident in carrying out various areas of maintenance and gardening work
- Complete all work in a timely manner and to a high standard
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while completing tasks in line with the time frames set
- Be able to identify, document and report maintenance issues
- A can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience of working in a care setting is desirable
