**Salary £20,000 - £22,000 pro rata**

Our client, a world class manufacturer of iconic motorcycles, are looking for an adaptable and confident person to join the team as Business Support Co-ordinator during an exciting period of growth and development. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will support the wider team in providing both project and administrative support to several departments within the business to include Marketing, Finance, Design, HR, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Purchasing, Engineering and Facilities. You will be at the cutting edge of ICE and EV motorcycle design and development, working with new green technologies.

**General responsibilities include**:
Provide required support to facilities, finance and HR departments as required,

Support the Sales & Marketing team with campaigns,

Respond to enquiries coming into the business,

Print, scan, and photocopying documents,

General office responsibilities; copying, filing, updating records.

Attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes,

Update all notice boards and relevant EHS and quality documents.

Have excellent organisation skills and excellent attention to detail,

Have a good working knowledge of Excel to support the finance department (eg, VLOOKUP)

Be flexible and willing to adapt to the varying needs of the business and individual departments.

Have a willingness to learn, this role offers the chance to pursue a further finance or similar qualification with funding support.
