**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment are working in partnership with our client to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Weymouth,
**This role will include**:

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Creating works orders for production
- Contract review
- Working as part of the engineering team on NPI product
- Create and maintain detailed control plans and work instructions
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on technical queries
- Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process
**Skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of AS9100 and Experience working in the aerospace manufacturing sector
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Work off own initiative towards set targets or goals
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Well-rounded interpersonal and communication skill
**Summary of functions**:
Creating and maintaining internal technical manufacturing layouts for our two manufacturing facilities.
**Hours**:
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 07.30am until 4.30pm & Fridays 07.30am until 12.30pm
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 07.00am until 3.30pm & Fridays 07.00am until 12.00pm
