THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to join a fast growing team of a leading top 100 practice. The appointed Trademark Attorney will be overseeing brand protection and enforcement matters as well as due diligence mergers andacquisitions and assessing relevant IP assets. Due to growth, the appointed Chartered Trademark Attorney will be joining an established and successful team which covers the broad remit of IP law. You will be handling a high volume caseload and be expectedto further build and develop the business further.
THE CANDIDATE:
If you are looking to progress your career, then this is the role you have been waiting for Applications are welcomed from Chartered Trademark Attorneys who possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in running a portfolio of trademarks and designs for a diverserange of clients. Ideally you will have a proven track record of managing trade mark and design portfolios, assisting with IP-related litigations as well as be passionate to deliver succinct, high quality advice with excellent client and team communicationskills. The role will involve marketing and business development.
