**Job Summary**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage Operational KPI reports & information
- Managing around 20+ staff
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Ensure health & safety rules and regulations are adhered to

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent knowledge of goods in and replenishment processes
- Excellent leadership ability
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands on commitment to getting the job done
- Ability to coach and develop their direct reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
