**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING**

As a Waiter/Waitress for Parker’s Tavern, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. You will work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create exceptional experiences and exceed expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return. duties as a Waiter/Waitress will include but not be limited to:
**THE DUTIES**
- You’re the face of our guests’ experience, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a memorable experience.
- Constantly seeking out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other Team Members.
- We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests.

- Previous experience within a Waiter/waitress role is a plus.

- The restaurant is busy all day and so you will need to be flexible in your availability to work mornings, evenings & weekends. Full-or part-time contracts may be available.
- Having a reliable method of transportation to the hotel is essential - we have no on-site parking.
