Experience in threading and shaping eyebrows
Knowledge of eyebrow and eyelash tinting is preferable
Excellent customer service skills
A desire to work within an established Beauty Hall and be a strong team player
Flexibility to be able to work weekends and evenings where needed
A motivated individual who strives to meet targets
NVQ qualification an advantage
Key Responsibilities: Hire, train, and manage a team of brow artists Manage customer service, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries Ensure that the studio is well-maintained, clean, and organized Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth Keep accurate financial records and manage budgets Requirements: Proven experience as a Brow Studio Manager or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of various brow shaping techniques and products Ability to perform brow shaping services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends We offer a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package.
