The person we support needs you to be able to use your **own **initiative**, be **creative** and most importantly **be fun** He has a really playful personality, and you'll often be called upon to play games like 'cops and robbers' or something similar Being a great teacher, motivator and encouraging in your personality, a nutritional and healthy diet is the key focus at the moment. The person we support is learning how to make a sandwich, or some breakfast like porridge in the microwave, as well as using his new air fryer. This will be a massive achievement for him, wouldn't it be great to part of his success?
