Join 40Seven as a Trainee Utility Surveyor and play a pivotal role in shaping vital infrastructure As a Utility Surveyor, your core responsibility is to pinpoint underground utilities—water, drainage, gas, electric, and telecoms—ensuring construction safety.

With over 20 years of industry expertise, we offer an extensive training program designed to transform you into a fully skilled surveyor within just 12 months. We're committed to guiding you through the TSA (The Survey Association) Training and Qualification, commencing within the first two years of your employment. From day one, our hands-on training approach ensures you'll work alongside experienced mentors, gaining invaluable practical experience in the field.

**Essential Skills**:

- Methodical and detail-oriented work approach
- Strong mathematical aptitude (GCSE Grade C/4 or above)
- Passion for outdoor work in diverse locations and weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

**Role Details**:
This role offers diversity in both working locations and responsibilities. Primarily site-based, occasional office work may be required at our Sevenoaks office or remotely.
