**What Would Your Role Be?**
- Managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process
- Negotiating and building relationships with senior level stakeholders
- Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
- Coming up with new initiatives that will benefit the business
- Booking client meetings and getting the chance to visit Scandinavia (They have offices in Denmark and Sweden)

**The Requirements**
- Sales experience desirable but not essential and
- Degree qualified desirable but not essential
- Any recruitment experience at all would be advantageous
- English language proficiency
- Hardworking, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious and self-starter
- Competitive nature
- Great interpersonal skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
