Junior Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Salesperson** to join our team. We are a growing **friendly sales department** part of an established well known **family run** business. You will be responsible for **managing your own portfolio** of customer accounts, delivering exceptional service, and sales. We offer technical sales rather than pushy cold calling, and as a junior salesperson you will work closely with our senior team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive profitable revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of customers
- Identify and deliver customers opportunities for business growth
- Manage the sales inbox of orders, actioned with agreed timeframes
- Follow up on customer quotes in timely efficient manner
- Answering telephone enquiries and providing customers with the right products for their business ( full training given )
- Maintain acurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Managing online chat and whats app enquiries with courtesy
- Collaborate with senior sales managers and provide administrative support

You will have had at least 2 years expericience within a sales or customer service office role and have a real desire to learn and grow. You must have an **excellent telephone manner** and a customer focused attitude. You must be able to learn quickly and have to motivation to manage your own workload and customer base.

We will provide full training and support but require you to proove to us you have the passion, enthusiasm and ability to grow and thrive with us

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
