Michael Anthony Estate Agents is an independant estate and lettings agency covering Buckinghamshire, Bedforshire and Hertfordshire.

**Responsibilities**:

- Erecting and collecting sales/lettings boards.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work.
- Gardening work.
- Decorating.

Van and fuel will be provided.

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tring: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (required)
