**About the Role**:
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your dedication will help improve outcomes for these children, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. As well as undertaking your weekly shifts, throughout the month there will also be occasions that you are on-call which will be on a rota basis and paid on top of your salary.

**We are looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker who is**:

- Experienced in working with children and young people
- Level 3 qualified in residential childcare
- Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
- Passionate for improving outcomes for children and young people
- Looking for a role with a caring and supportive company who place the child at the centre of everything we do

For a rewarding opportunity, offering an excellent salary which is 13.33 per hour (sleep in allowance of £50 per night to be added)

**About us**:
Bold Leap was founded by Peter Buturo and his journey began working in a children’s home as a residential care worker. Then it continued with direct work and placing children in residential homes as a social worker. He noticed that some of the companies weren’t providing a consistent or supportive setting for young people to succeed. His journey has not stopped -as he is now opening his own children’s home. What a journey, he has come full circle. This is his purpose, and he is living it.

We take the safety of our children seriously and follow stringent safer recruitment checks, the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require a full enhanced DBS and references.
