Job Description Summary:
We are looking for an Accounting Intern Specialist who will assist the administration team in the preparation and management of the Group administration and accountancy.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:

- Support the team raising sales invoices and posting purchase invoices.
- Posting of bank movements (payments, receivables, tax receipts, loans repayments ).
- Banks reconciliations.
- Collaborate with key team members regarding the accrual of group revenues.
- Assisting the accountants in the posting of the expense accruals.
- Documentation management (physical and digital archive)
- Management of Employee expense notes including posting and reconciliation of receipts against expenses.
- Performing customer and supplier account reconciliations and supporting the team in the collection of revenues.
- Carrying out other administrative tasks as required by the team.

Key Requirements:

- Accounting knowledge of small and medium companies.
- Understanding of the accounting principles, debits and credits.
- Good communication skills
- Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail
- Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
- English Fluent
- Microsoft Office knowledge (specifically excel).

Studies
- Economics or Business Administration Degree
- Postgraduate will be a must
