Experienced Bartender

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification and ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collect payment and operate tills
- Follow all food & beverage safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality: Friendly and outgoing demeanour, with a genuine desire to provide excellent service to customers
- Help: Willingness to assist customers with their needs, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of customers
- Bartending: Familiarity with various drink specifications, mixing techniques, and presentation methods
- Restaurant experience: Understanding of restaurant operations, including knowledge of menus, specials, and service standards

We are looking for an experienced Bartender who can create a positive experience for our customers through exceptional service. **Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 2 years (required)
- Cocktail Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
