**Administrator**
***to work in their leading facility in
**Smethwick.**

**For the successful Contracts Administrator our client is offering**:

- £22,000- £25,000 DOE
- Day shifts Monday
- Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Permanent
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

**The role - Contracts Administrator**:

- Deal with customer enquiries
- Attend regular production meetings
- Ensure any impacts on deliveries are tracked and escalated
- Provide monthly forecast financials based on firm orders to meet contract budgets set.
- Ensure accurate updates to customer order delivery status.
- General administration

**What our client is looking for in an Contracts Administrator**:

- Previous experience in similar role
- **ESSENTIAL**
- Familiar with the use of the electronic parts catalogue
- **DESIRABLE**
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).**ESSENTIAL**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- **ESSENTIAL**
