**What you’ll be doing**:
The HR Co-ordinator will play a critical role in the pay and benefits team which is reliable for providing a front-line service to all of Thames Water employees and managers. This role requires someone with great organisational and administration skills to support with the daily administration ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Taking culpability for your own workload and owning queries/cases through to resolution. If unable to resolve, triage and communicate effectively with all involved
- Ensuring achievement of Key Performance Indicators
- Working collaboratively and providing support to others within the People Services team.
- Maintaining case management records to ensure they are clear, concise and in line with GDPR
- In consultation with the Team Leader, undertaking additional ad hoc work as required, for example working with other teams to provide support, liaising with managers when there is a change in policy etc.
- Undertaking ad-hoc reporting and providing project support as required
- Checking the payroll reports for dummy and live run picking up any errors and organising correction of these within the team.
- Providing a rapid reply to requests in service now for all payroll and benefit related queries within the Service Level Agreement.
- Liaising with Line managers, IT Service Desk and the wider business.
- Updating employee records with changes to pension contributions

- Experience in a high volume HR Operations team
- Case Management Experience
- Benefits Experience
- Customer Service experience
