OPX Recruitment are currently recruiting for multiple FLT Operators/ Observers to work at a state-of-the-art automotive production facility in Stratton with **NO HEAVY LIFTING involved and on a fixed late shift.**

**Shifts available**:

- 14.00 - 22.00
- Monday to Friday

**Duties for this FLT Operator/ Observer role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Walking site and observing FLT Drivers to ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Checking through paperwork and ticking of observations
- Speaking with FLT Drivers who have not followed correct Health and Safety instructions
- Raising issues and concerns with team leaders and senior member of operations.

**Rates of pay and hours for a FLT Operator/ Observer**:

- £12.01 per hour

**Salary**: £12.01 per hour
