Exciting Opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant with SEN Experience in Amersham

Are you a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant with a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Amersham. While prior experience with visually impaired students is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite.

Position: Learning Support Assistant with SEN Experience

Role Requirements:

- SEN Experience: Essential experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- Empathy and Understanding: Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different learning styles and requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and fellow support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Desirable but not Essential:

- Experience with Visually Impaired Students: While familiarity is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
