Recruitment Coordinator

Reporting to: People Advisor

Full time, based in the CCN Head Office

Role overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage innovative social media posts to build the employer of choice brand.
- Negotiate favourable contracts with recruitment agencies.

Interview Coordination:
Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and equal opportunity regulations.

Administrative Support:

- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
- Process and monitor DBS and PVG checks.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.

Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to the HR team.

Continuous improvement:
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and priorities.

Other
- Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role.

Key Skills and Experience
- Able to identify advanced attraction strategies to meet requirements.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong written/verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organisation.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
