**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and evaluate service programs to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.

Provide consultation to management on social care practices and policies, helping to guide and inform decision-making.

Advocate for our clients, working to ensure their needs are met and their rights are respected.

Liaise with other professionals in the field, building strong relationships to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing.

Conduct research on social care trends, innovations, and best practices, making recommendations for improvement.

Deliver training and workshops to staff to enhance their understanding and implementation of social care practices.

Provide professional guidance and supervision to junior staff members.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

At least five years of experience in social care, ideally in a consulting or leadership role.

Excellent understanding of local and national social care legislation and procedures.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful social care programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the principles of social justice.
