We're looking for a hands-on Catering Supervisor for our site in Chipping Warden (OX17 1TP), this will involve overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of one of our onsite Operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Shift Management
- Stock Control
- Operational Standards and Documentation
- Training & Development
- Delivering a Great Customer Service culture with your team
- Delivering a "Working in a Team" culture
- General Kitchen Duties

**Skills**:

- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to train, coach and inspire others
- Passion for food and customer service
- Clear Communicator both verbally and written
- Professional attitude with a sense of humour

**Working Hours**:

- Full Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday 06.30am -15.30pm
- Payrate: Depends on experience - £11.00 to £13.00 per hour

**DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL**

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
