Are you a passionate Multi Trader / General Builder, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Multi Trader / General Builder to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Sandy working as part of their team.

**Principle Responsibilities for the Multi Trader / General Builder**:

- Undertaking new building projects
- Restoration and maintenance works
- Minor repairs
- Working within both Domestic and Industrial premises

**Person specification:

- **
- Ideal applicant must have at least 10 years experience within the building industry.
- A strong skillset is required in some or all of the following: bricklaying, plastering, rendering, wall and floor tiling, roofing, path laying, timber frame building, drainage as well as general building maintenance and repairs. Good experience in groundworks e.g foundation work is required.
- Experience in the operation of general building machinery eg. Mini digger, dumper, etc. would be required.

This is a full time permanent Multi Trader / General Builder position, offering an hourly salary of up to £17 per hour, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-4/5pm with an early finish on Friday.
