Flex Operator

**Pay & Hours of Work**:

- 24/5 shift working 7-7 (days & nights) - Working one weekend every two weeks.
- Starting salary £25,900 Per Annum - Due to increase after training is complete

**Responsibilities**

Working within a variety of areas across the production process:

- Packing products on a fast paced production line
- Palletising
- Carrying out in-process quality checks using online data system
- Making machine adjustments to ensure efficient operation
- Responsible for collecting basic data in order to complete reports for continual improvements
- Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environment performance through raising observations and taking corrective action where possible

**Essential Skills**
- Experience of working within an FMCG production environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Happy working to meet targets
