**M&E Fitter (Mechanical & Electrical), Monday to Friday**

We are looking for someone to carry out the day-to-day activities required to keep our workshop running smoothly. We have a friendly environment where the rapid growth of our business means we support the development of our talented people.

We are aiming to provide our services to 80% of high-rise construction projects in London, while also servicing sites across most of England. Exceptional customer service is critical to our success, and we pride ourselves on delivering and collecting on time, at least 98% of the time.

You will be responsible for:

- Cleaning hire equipment, including pressure washing
- Regularly checking, cleaning, and tidying our yard, workshop, warehouse, and vehicle parking areas
- Providing support to our warehouse, workshop and driving teams as required
- Testing equipment
- Rebranding new equipment with THX stickers
- PAT testing (training provided)
- Using a computer-based system for administration.

It is essential that you bring:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, organising, and tidying
- Physical ability to load, unload and move cargo
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to help out
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Ability to concentrate whilst doing repetitive tasks.
- You will be required to work Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00am-4.00pm or 7.00am-5.00pm, and sometimes overtime may be required to meet customer demand._
