**Marketing Lead - Leeds - Up to £40,000**
Headquartered in Leeds City Centre, this Property Investment company have made a huge impact in the UK property market. Since opening their doors over three years ago, they have won various contracts over their big corporate competitors due to their fresh, innovative, and diverse way of operating.
This business consult with and sell to property investors in the UK and abroad, in the form of apartments in major cities and towns, off plan. The ongoing management of the property and investment is also provided.
As a result of amazing growth and success, the firm have recently launched a new department, selling New Homes to owner occupiers all over the North of the Country
To help them take the company to the next level, they need an experienced Marketer to lead the marketing team and implement marketing strategies to increase the company’s exposure in the property market.
**What you will be doing**
This is a senior role within the business. Reporting only to the Owner/Directors, this role will involve the following:
- Create and implement new marketing strategies to attract investors to our proposition
- Develop and implement a measurable marketing strategy for the business as a whole
- Analyse and report on marketing strategies, with reference to a positive or negative ROI
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all paid advertisement campaigns.
- Manage and build on the brand, ensuring maximum exposure and recognition so the message is always conveyed correctly and by the best means
- Working with web developers, be involved in the continued development of our website
- Manage and ensure SEO is maximised
- Monitor competitors marketing strategies and implement changes when necessary to keep us ahead of the game
- Identify new marketing trends, ensuring the firm are first to market with these
- Attend relevant networking and industry events
- Be an expert in, and manage, our Social Media accounts, which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, at the same time implementing and monitoring and sponsored campaigns
- Create and distribute regular industry surveys, reports and white papers
- Be responsible for entries into various industry awards
- Create, manage and monitor all digital marketing campaigns
**What you will have**
- At least 4 years mixed-marketing experience
- Demonstratable record of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Proven track-record of high volume lead generation
