SolarFrame Holdings is looking for a friendly, approachable and 'resolution driven' HSE Officer to join their team at Group level, overseeing the health and safety of all stakeholders.

- Maintaining and delivering our group Health and Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Able to communicate any changes effectively and confidently to relevant stakeholders.
- Clear and transparent recording and reporting of all risk.
- Take full account for the HSE performance across the group.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Senior Leadership and Management teams.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- To be a visual person that supports all our people with identifying risk and providing timely solutions that are maintained.
- Conduct investigations into safety incidents.
- Conduct workplace inspections to comply with industry guidelines.
- Ensure our compliance to relevant regulations.
- Take full control to ensure our workforce have clear Health and Safety standards and policies.
- To embrace the changes of our forward-thinking business.
- Be accountable for the HSE performance across the group.
- Identify solutions to problems and communicate the resolution confidently.
- Be the group point of contact for insurers, legislative and regulatory bodies.
- To ensure that Health and Safety related training is relevant and ensure that any content changes are communicated to stakeholders as soon as possible.
- Manage and deliver training on emergency procedures and adhere to training processes.
- Deliver weekly and board meeting metric reporting across the group.
- Chair and distribute actions and resolutions for monthly HSE committees across the sites.
- Maintain and improve HSE standards, policies, and procedures across the group.
- Carry out and support with, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other business documentation pertinent to HSE.
- Monitor adherence to HSE practices across the group.
- Lead the identification and provide support for environmental opportunities across the group.
- Devise and support line managers with toolbox talks and communication initiatives.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Increase productivity by your actions.
- Reduction of accidents.
- Consistently achieve 100% compliance.
- Conduct at least one HSE campaign each quarter.

**Desirable qualifications, skills, and Experience**
- Worked with onsite contractors.
- Holding or working towards a NEBOSH qualification.
- Certified or working towards ISO14001.
- Achieved and/or implemented ISO45001.
- MS Office formal training.
- The use of Solution Host - Safety First software.
- Using E-Learning software.
- Working with those where English is not their first language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
