Senior Quantity Surveyor Permanent Job - £50000 - £65000 New Build & Refurbishment works

This well-established building contractors are looking to appoint a Senior QS to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Located in Lincolnshire, this company are looking for a forward-thinking individual to join the senior management team to evolvethe business and support them in continual growth.
**Your new role**
- You will oversee the financial management of all construction projects and payments.
- Report on financial performance of projects using CVR spreadsheets to Managing Director and Financial Controller
- Update the entire team on financial performance and work closely with site managers, Contracts Manager and accounts team
- Work closely with different contacts within the industry, adopting people management styles to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage a variety of JCT/NEC contracts

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have 10 + years of Quantity Surveying experience and will have worked on projects up to the value of £5M.
Experience working for a main contractor is essential. Previous new build and refurbishment projects are required for this role as well as an excellent understanding of civils work. Experience in interpreting construction documentations including RFI's andresourcing schedules are also important.
The role requires a focused and confident individual who is looking for a company where they will stay, add value and want to grow with the business. Self-awareness is key, as well as strong communication skills. You will be methodical, detailed orientatedand extremely thorough, and have prior experience developing, and improving business and team performance.
**What you'll get in return**
Salary £50000 - £65000 + package
25 days holiday + bank holiday
