**RICS VALUATION SURVEYOR / BUILDING SURVEYOR RICS- Residential Estate Agency**

**Location:Southampton, SO15**

**Salary: Highly competitive Circa £50k - £70k Negotiable based on expertise and qualifications**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced **RICS VALUATION SURVEYOR / BUILDING SURVEYOR**to join a professional expanding Property Services company with branches across the UK.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to and undertake Commercial and Residential Property Valuations for both private clients and lenders, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential.

Our client would also consider someone who is looking to achieve a RICS accreditation and who has the relevant qualifications and training.

**Skills: The skills required for thisValuation / Building Surveyor(Estate Agent) role will include**:

- RICS / Registered valuer preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification preferred.
- Valuation experience in the Southampton / Portsmouth area preferable
- Highly motivated individual
- Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
- Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
- In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
