We are looking to recruit an IT literate administrator to join the Arbennek Primary Care Network.

Based between two sites, one at Roche and One at Ruan High Lanes, the administrator will support the community nursing team, specifically with accurate message taking and relaying, inputting to electronic patient records and managing referrals through an electronic referral system. Responsibilities within this role include maintaining and managing stock ordering, coordinating and inputting data to a range of electronic systems and completing staff related documentation as requested.

This is a permanent, full time role offered at 37.5 hours per week; covering the service hours between 08.00 - 22.00 7 days a week on a rota basis.

**Main duties of the job**:

- To support the Community Nursing Team and other clinical teams with all aspects of administrative duties. To act as the first point of contact for communications between patients, visitors and health professionals (both internal / external).
- Key Dimensions of the post are:
- To provide administrative functions within a Community Nursing team. Stock control and management.
