Hours: 6 hours per week

About Us: We are looking for a Freelance / self-employed cleaner and housekeeper for our busy family. We live in a five-bedroom house, with three children aged 4, 7, and 11. Our home is a vibrant and active environment, and we are looking for a dedicated and thorough Cleaner / Housekeeper to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and order in our household.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks throughout the house, including but not limited to:

- High-gloss kitchen units and tiled floors.
- Ensuite bathroom, family bathroom, and downstairs toilet.
- Porch and patio areas.
- Note: Cleaning involves moving objects to ensure a comprehensive clean, not just surface wiping.
- Maintenance Schedule: Follow a detailed cleaning schedule (e.g., monthly inside window cleaning). Use personal judgment for any additional cleaning needs.
- Housekeeping: Assist with various household tasks, such as:

- Shopping for groceries and essentials.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance for the house.
- Arranging services like car cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- DBS checked.
- A high standard of cleaning ability, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make judicious decisions about the household.
- Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £16.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
