Domestic Energy Assessor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team. As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing and providing energy efficiency advice to residential properties.

**Duties**:

- Conduct energy assessments on residential properties to evaluate energy efficiency
- Provide recommendations to homeowners on ways to improve energy efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain assessment results and recommendations
- Utilize IT tools for data collection and reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process
- Utilize sales and negotiation skills to promote energy-saving solutions
- Maintain organized records of assessments and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to efficiently conduct assessments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain assessment findings
- Proficiency in IT tools for data collection and reporting
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
- Sales and negotiation skills are beneficial for promoting energy-saving solutions
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of assessments
- Proficiency in English language
- Valid driver's license for traveling to assessment locations

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: £50.00-£60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
