**What you will be doing...**
- Reporting to the
- **Crew Resource & Analytics Supervisor**, the
- **Crew Forecasting & Resource Planner** is responsible for the production of accurate and detailed resource requirement plans for all**What will you do in the role?**

The role is responsible for producing resource requirement plans and availability forecasts for all crew colleagues within
- **Crew Training and Rostering Teams** to manage resource availability and also with the Operations Teams regarding operational contribution levels. You will:

- Work to identify any shortfalls in staffing and optimal periods to allocate training and advise the relevant parties
- Work closely with other teams to evaluate ongoing crew training needs and ensure these are scheduled in an efficient and cost effective way
- You will also provide a link to the Recruitment Team to provide insight into annual requirements and schedule new joiner timescales

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- **Microsoft Excel**, with an analytical and forward thinking approach to problem solving. You will also:

- Be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member
- You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
- Resource planning experience would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
