Furniture Upholster

Job Overview:
Taylor Bespoke has decades of experience & success in bespoke upholstery and joinery and seeking a skilled upholsterer to join our team in creating high-quality upholstered furniture.

Our core expertise is in upholstery and our London based factory is staffed with the best Industry professionals - We have upholstered some of the finest homes and commercial premises the UK has to offer.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking someone to join our dedicated team with experience in upholstering high end luxury furniture, ideally with sewing experience and confident in working on domestic and commercial upholstered furniture, whilst having a keen eye for detail.

**Duties**:

- Upholster furniture pieces according to specifications and customer requests
- High volume of upholstery production, with experience within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Measure, cut, and sew fabric to fit furniture frames
- Ability to switch from one order to another quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high-quality standard of all produced
- Ability to work within in a production line, as part of a team and work towards and achieve deadlines set
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Installation of works at customer locations maybe required
- Manage work area, keep clear, functional and efficient.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Upholsterer
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for upholstery work
- Knowledge of sewing techniques for upholstery
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
