**Position - Registered Manager**
**Type of Contract** - Permanent
**Salary**:
- Up to £37,000 p.a
**Benefits** -- Workplace Pension

**Hours** - 40 per week worked Monday to Friday although flexibility is required
**Location** - Chippenham

**About the role** - Reporting to the Directors, this role involves overseeing the development of the Chippenham branch. Duties include sourcing new customers, mentoring care staff, audits, compliance, recruitment, staff training and ensuringthe emergency on call is covered
**Type of person required** - We are looking for an experienced registered manager who holds a Hold QCF Diploma Level 5 /NVQ Level 4/RMA. A driver with excellent IT skills and adult care experience ideally within domiciliary.
