Foundry Labourer

**Foundry OperativePosition Overview**
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles manually (if required).
- Using industrial hoover to clean areas.
- Labouring - removing metal parts from sand moulds and placing sand in recycling plant.
- General Labouring - sweeping, emptying bins, clearing areas.
- Operating cranes to weight and move parts.
- Assisting casting of metal as per company specific procedures.
- Coordinate with various moulding areas including, Fast loop, Loose Mould, Tread Line, Old Carousel and New Carousel to ensure your jobs are completed as planned.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in company safety initiatives.
- Work to provide results in a timely manner in accordance with planned dates/times.
- Assist with improvements (Lean 5s) to procedures, equipment, operating methods etc. to increase efficiency.

- Based in a commutable distance of Braintree

**Foundry OperativePosition Remuneration**
- Mon - Thurs 7.00am - 3.30pm
- Fri 7.00am - 2.30pm
- 20-minute break 9.55am - 10.15am (paid)
- 30-minute break 12.30pm - 1.00pm (unpaid)
- Weekday overtime - x1.5
- Weekend Saturday overtime - x1.5
- Weekend Sunday overtime - x2

10.33-10.95 per hour including bonus.
