**Premium rate of £11.61 paid between midnight and 7am.**

At Glasgow SOLE (Supporting Outcomes and Life Experiences) we support Adults with Learning Disabilities and other additional needs, in a range of different settings; from their own tenancies to shared supported living within the North, east and Southside of Glasgow. We are a high performing service who have been recognised for our innovative work, by our regulators, people we support and our peers. Those we support achieve their chosen outcomes through a wide variety of interests & activities.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker (30 - 39 hours) to assist the Team Leader in all aspects in the daily running of the service. You will have the ability to embed a culture of good practice and accountability, whilst working towards our organisational and operational plans, and instil a learning culture that encourages participative approaches with the people we support.

We have a supportive management structure that promotes development for all and an autonomous culture for our team. At Glasgow SOLE we do have progression opportunities within our team
