**Job Description**:
**Role**: Dispatch Supervisor
**Location**:Worcester
**Salary**: £27,081
**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00
**Contract type**: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking: Ensure accurate batching and picking of warehouse shipments, investigating discrepancies, and reporting to Warehouse Manager.- Dispatch: Resolve failed shipments, manually dispatch orders if necessary, and report issues to Customer Services.- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail for maintaining accuracy in all tasks.- Workload Management: Issue staff workloads aligned with shift manager instructions.- Supervision: Oversee warehouse personnel, provide training, and manage performance.- Productivity: Ensure achievement of productivity and efficiency targets in warehouse operations.- Team Motivation: Motivate and inspire the team, maximizing overall performance.- Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy in order dispatch to achieve targets.- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory control.- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for a safe working environment.**Personal Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.- Strong leadership skills.- Effective communication skills.-
