BHM is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWP’s to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good CBT skills you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one to one and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a clients’ suitability for BHM, and where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services.

Our current step 2 team are arranging a timetable of community events in which we can reach out to the diverse communities of Birmingham and reduce the stigma of accessing mental health services. We also actively encourage our team members to become involved in service development via our Teams chat which supports the sharing of innovative ideas.

At Birmingham Healthy Minds you can expect ahybridway of working which means there will be a mix of office or community-based venues alongside a remote working option. We offer appointments outside 9am-5pm which means there are opportunities to work evenings.
