A popular Restaurant & Cocktail Bar based is Southeast London, known for its exciting cocktails and serving an array of fine dining fusion cuisine whilst also offering both contemporary & classic cocktails. We are recruiting for an experienced and bubbly cocktail Bartender. Someone with a passion and knowledge for not only executing the classic cocktails but also someone that has an interest in exciting cocktail creations, interesting garnishing skills and an ability to work as part of a small team.

**Job description**
- Cocktail making (Good knowledge of classic cocktails)
- Menu creation/additons
- Setting up and breaking down the bar at start & end of each shift
- Ensuring the bar is well stocked
- Drinks stock inventory control
- Working the till
- Experience in cocktail bartending/mixologist
- Team player
- Flexible worker
- Pro active

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
