**The role**

Our hugely successful Matchtech Technology Recruitment division, based in London Bridge, are looking for a Trainee Associate Recruitment Consultant to join their team - with a view to becoming a future tech sales/recruitment expert

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business opportunities via multi—media channels.
- Plan & conduct regular business development activity with current clients to maintain and further develop relationships.
- Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPI’s & objectives.
- Wherever possible utilise Delivery or Trainee Consultants to fulfil client requirements (allowing you to focus on client development & sales).
- Uphold high standards of data integrity across all records that you encounter.
- Work with your team to ensure team targets & objectives are hit.
