Cafe/boating Assistant

Life Cafés & Resorts is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company on a mission to deliver bespoke and sustainable Food & Beverage and unique Leisure experiences across our UK operations. With Café and Leisure operations in truly special venues across the country.

We are currently looking for **Café/ Boating Team Members **to support our leisure and boats operation on a Fixed Term Contract at **Park Life Café, The Fountain Fields.**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As a **Café/ Boating Assistant** you will be working with a supportive, and positive team in our **Park Life Café, The Fountain Fields.**
- Ensuring the Health and Safety of the customers is a priority and you comply with the required standards at all times.
- Helping customers get in and out of the boats in a safe manner.
- Follow the safety guidelines that are in place at all times for customers hiring boats.
- General customer service - answering questions, providing warm and friendly support to our customers.
- Processing payment for the activity on card or cash.
- Assisting with the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the boats.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be positive, energetic and professional and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests receive outstanding, consistent service throughout their visit.

You will ideally hold a Lifeguard qualification, and have experience in a similar customer service background within the leisure sector.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £7.20-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middlewich, CW10 9AR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
