- Sunday 7:30am
- 3:30pm (30 hours a week) Rota to be confirmed

**Pay**:£11.45 per hour, plus enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays

**About the Trust**

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people. We also provide some specialist services for a wider population, including renal services in Medway and Maidstone and a cardiac service for all of Kent based at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Managing midwives’ diaries over a three-day period i.e. yesterday, today and tomorrow for the whole of the East Kent Hospitals Trust which includes two major hospitals, two MLU departments and two Maternity day Care Units
- Obtain and communicate information on a daily basis concerning unplanned antenatal admissions and discharges, postnatal discharges, transfers from other areas, screening requirements and other necessary details that affect the activities of midwives based in the community
- Regular use of Patient Tracking Lists (PTL) to track patients through pathway
- Dealing with daily calls from Health Visitors for data checks and social services

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills

- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
