**Support Worker - Children’s Residential Home**
**Locations**: Bilston, WV14

**Make a difference to Children in our Care: Do you have your Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and looking for a new challenge in a new home, if so, we have the role for you.**

**Our Children's home in Bilston is a residential home in the local community supporting up to 3 young people with a EBD.**
- **Salary: £23,800 to £25,300**:

- **Sleep ins paid at £60 with a potential of earning £28,120 - £29,620 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month**:

- **£1000 refer a friend scheme (paid on completion of their probation)**

**Hours**:Average 40 hours per week (2 ON, 4 OFF day rota)

**Contract**:Permanent

**Job Summary**:
As a **Therapeutic Support Worker**, you will provide:

- You will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication.
- You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them
