The post holder will be responsible for providing a welcoming, helpful and efficient reception service for all patients and visitors to theHewitt Fertility Centre Knutsford. This entails a wide ranging understanding of the administrative arrangements within the Unit and a good level of proficiency in the use of the relevant IT systems. An ability to cope with high levels of activity in a professional and caring manner is essential.

Reception Admin staff work on a rotational basis that includes every other Saturday.To greet and book in/book out patients attending ourKnutsford clinic, using Meditech and IDEAS as required and advise appropriate staff of patient arrival.To deal with all patient queries and concerns at the reception area.To answer telephone queries and concerns - (these may be of a sensitive nature)To register new patients and make new patient appointments using logging procedures on Meditech and Choose and Book as required, sending out relevant patient letters.To make follow up appointments as required, sending out relevant patient letter.To issue patient information leaflets as required.
